Forced to buy unwanted products

I wasn't lucky like the other person, I didn't even get to buy a car from them.
My wife wants an Opel Corsa, and I found one by them. I told the sales man I didn't want any add on products like Warranties.
I ask the salesman to email the form directly to my business banker (that took three days) then I call him and ask him why the OtP has all the other items on them, (standard procedure I get told).
So I call the office and ask for the owner (name escapes me) with some really good PA (PA=block all calls to boss that don't sound like lots of money for the company).
I have bought another Corsa from an Alberton carshop, they even did as I asked, they emailed my business banker in under 5 min. (I know this because she called me to ask why I has sent through another OtP, so I explained it to her).
I will know on Friday by 12 noon if the finance is approved. It has taken me two weeks to get nowhere with Cars B Us.
How can they force a warranty on a buyer if the buyer does not want it - It's company policy.
Well stuff company policy,
I will not buy a product that is not worth the paper it is written on (Past experience)
I think it contravenes the Consumer Protection Act, I will advise.
