I drive a mini cooper and have my car serviced by Auto Atlantic in town. My car which is under motorplan had a airbag light faulty, I took it in and after the 4th time, auto atlantic replaced the faulty part. Through this time I havent been treated very well. Today, the driver drops my car off at work which is 2km from auto atlantic's building and 1 bar of petrol gone!!! I am disgusted at the morals and ethics of the people who work there, they put so much effort on customer service yet its so bad. Each time I go there, I get bad attitude and bad service. I am a very unhappy customer, for this reason I will never buy a BMW brand car. I am angry.
