Audi South Africa
Incompetency

On 4 October 2013 my Audi A6 broke down with a clutch failure. I had my car tow in by a private company whom replaced the clutch. After the replacement of the clutch the car was faulty and it was taken to Audi in Middelburg on 22 October 2013. Audi Middelburg said that it was my petrol pump and a new one was ordeed. They ordered the pump 23 October and it was delivered 28 October. They realised it was the wrong pump only on 30 October and ordered another one. On Friday 1 November I went to Audi to fetch my car. They told me that the petrolpump was not the problem and that they would have to look further. I asked to see the workshop manager. There was NO managers at the branch at the time. My husband asked them to phone the workshop manager. She told him that it is the petrolpump. My husband told her that she does not even know what is going on at the workshop. In 9 working days Audi can not establish what is wrong with my car. I feel it absolutely impossible for a huge company like Audi to not be able to find a problem on a vehicle. Audi Middelburg will not see me again. Their service and repair is pathetic
