We purchased Mitsubishi ASX from Mitsubishi Motors Umhlanga. When we arrived there the sales person told us the ASX they are selling is year end stock (DEMOS). They gave us a very good deal that we felt happy with.
My problem is after the purchased of the (demo) we were involved in a motor accident. After the repair of the vehicle I went to the AA for a full report on the vehicle. To my surprise I was informed that this vehicle had repair worked done at the back was it the panel beater or not. The AA informed me to contact the dealer and get all the information from them. Indeed that is what I have done on Monday morning 04/11/13 at 07:20. Spoke to Malan the sales representative from the dealer. They had story that they cannot really supply me with the detail of the vehicle if it was in a accident. But according to his knowledge there were not any damages except a few dents at the cost of R500 that had to be repaired. I have taken the matter to the Dealer Principle
who is helping me now. Yesterday I had to phone and do follow ups just to find out the vehicle they sold me was actually a car rental and not a demo. And he had a attitude when I confronted him about the matter.
