I called renault George last month to request a code but was unsuccessful. The lady explained to me that I would have to drive to George in my Renault with my car papers as well as pay a R150.00, all this just to get a code. Not only did I have a bad experience with the car dealer when purchasing the car, that has given me nothing but trouble since I purchased it. I had to remove the mobilizer recently this cost me R3000.00. Now they want me to drive to George, waste petrol, are we not in a recession!!! I did not have this problem when I was driving a Honda, should I have requested the code they would provide to me. This is not acceptable and I think Renault should be ashamed of themselves.
