I purchased a vehicle from Willow Crest Motors in Feb 2013. I emailed Carl 27 Sep to explain issues I had with the vehicle (the car was literally falling apart-not surprising considering silicone was used to locate body panels), had no response and had to follow up to ensure they recieved my mail.

When finally getting into contact with Carl (phone call) he assured me that he would speak to the other manager and sort out this problem. No response even after numerous attempts to get hold of Carl, leaving my details on a weekly basis with the secretary. It would seem silly to respond to customers emails as we would then have something in writing.

In addition to this, I took my car to Fury GM Hyde Park for its 120k service and was informed that the sump plug had been stripped (which I still have) and that there was an allen key locking it in place. It wasn't very reassuring considering Willow Crest Motors did my lube service at 105k. RMI approved... how?

These are just some of the issues I've had with this vehicle since purchase and I can guarantee you that I will take this matter further.

I would recommend to anyone considering buying a vehicle from here to stay VERY far away!
