No more customer service in SA

Our vehicle was booked for body repair, and on the 7th Oct 2013 while an employee of Reef Panelbeater Carletonville took me home he scratched the front and back mag wheels on the left. On reporting that to the owner I was informed that they can't take responsibility for it as "the car was not in their shop on time of the incident". 3 weeks later our car was ready for collection, but just to find that there was now a problem with the remote key system and that the car doesn't start. The owner yet again was not willing to take responsibility as "they are not liable for any mechanical or electrical problems on the car". Our car was in perfect working order the morning they took it in for body repairs. It locked and unlocked with the remote key, it started every day, and run without any problems. How does a vehicle, which was suppose to be not running, gets an electrical or mechanical problem while standing???
