As if the bad service i received in april was not enough, yet again i received bad service from the same company... same branch... clearly they specialise in bad service. Took my car in for service again on the 29th october, all went well in the morning till i got a call at 13:50 that my car was ready for collection and the driver will call in a few minutes to get exact directions. I waited for 2 hours before i received a call from the driver and said will be there in 20 minutes... i only got picked up from my place at 16:45. The driver did not even have the decency to apologise or give an explanation for the delay. Raised my concern with William who referred it to Johan, who happens to be the manager... An hour later i got a call from him and he did what he does best... apologise and not be able to give an explanation for what has happened. I asked him nicely to refer back to the driver and get back to me with an explanation. The only call i received was a courtesy call and all they wanted to know is if i am happy with the service, the minute i said i am not the lady said i will tell Johan to give you a call... still waiting... Is this what they call service at wonderboom mccarthy???
