Ripped off by vehicle repair outlet on holiday

Hi, I had a very disappointing experience with HI-Q in Balito on the 25th October. The left shock on my Renault Scenic was making a noise. On the ramp it was found that it came from the left front shock mounting. I was asked if I wanted the agent to get a another shock. I told them to get both front shocks as you can't just replace one. On the 26th I was very disappointed to find that they had changed the left shock for a second hand one. I paid for two second hand shocks anyway and went to start my vehicle. The battery was flat. After a jump start I drove away and had a near accident as my steering locked up. After a test drive the mechanic said that I should leave the vehicle. They replaced the battery. They said that it was just bad luck that the battery had failed. I started the car and heard a loud new sound from the engine on the right hand side. The mechanic said that a bearing had gone on one of the pulleys. A Bosch agent found the alternator pulley was broken. My old battery was just flat not faulty. I was set-up to breakdown further with a flat battery if I had not checked. I was knowingly ripped off with second hand shocks. The management hasn't attended to my complaint
