We logged a complaint with regards to inccorect payments received from Blue Lakes SA in JUNE... to date... no resolution has been reached and now no-one from Satinsky/Drive Car Sales / Blue Lakes / Just Group Africa will come back to us. We have sent multiple emails and logged complaints with the help desk... and now it is November and we are still sitting with the same problem of them short paying us EVERY MONTH!
WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? We have been in contact with their head of legal Barnard Jooste as well... no response from him at all. We are pushed from Pillar to Post on every occassion.
