Received a note 3 weeks ago, they have my bank card I need to contact them about delivery. I contacted them to arrange delivery of my card, but was informed that they cannot arrange the delivery. Contacted bank, they emailed them to release my card- they also said that the couriers would contact me ASAP since my card was nearing expiry. I contacted them again last week but I was told that they could not deliver my bank card since there was missing details? I contacted the bank again, they said they could not understand what was going, it was highly irregular, they have mailed them requesting the delivery of my card- but will contact couriers again to ask the to deliver the card. I did not hear anything from the couriers and contacted them Wednesday morning. They said they had my card and will deliver it on Friday. Wednesday evening I received a call from the couriers stating that they will not be able to deliver my card, since there was missing detail. Yesterday, I received a call from them asking if they can still deliver my card on? When I asked about the previous calls the phone was put down. Phoned them today to be told I did not contact them and they have destroyed my bankcard!!
