We had a Mercedes Benz Sprinter. The crankshaft broke and we ordered a crankshaft from Unitruck. We deposited an amount of R1500 in order to keep the crankshaft for us. That was in May 2013. In June 2013, we sold the Mercedes Benz Sprinter as is, due to varies reasons. We send an email to Unitruck to inform them that our vehicle has been sold and we put in an request that they pay our R1500 back. After a few phone calls and emails we still didn't receive any answers. The last call we made to them was on the 28th of October 2013. They promise to pay our money on the 31st of October 2013. Up to now there is no money paid into my account. I phoned them this morning to hear why there is no money paid into my account and the answer is: I DON'T KNOW. It took about 2 months just get an answer from them.
