BEING TAKEN FOR A RIDE

On Thursday the 24th October 2013, I booked my Fiat Palio into Bosch Service Hillfox for the second time in five months for the exact same problem that five months ago had cost me R2200 with the understanding that my issue would be resolved. Now, while still under the warranty of 6 months for the work carried out previously, I sent the car in again as the issue was once again happening. Instead of being told that the parts replaced previously were the issue, I was told that there were other issues causing the exact same problem (why then were the parts replaced five months ago if they were not the cause of the issue?). So, I coughed up another near two thousand rand on the 24th October on the promise that this would certainly solve the problem. Needless to say, my issue continues exactly as before but now, almost four thousand rand later. To say that I am upset is an understatement.
What is the plan here? Am I to continue paying for the replacement of parts and filling up the pockets of people who either have no clue about how to do their job or, intentionally plan on taking me for a ride thinking I'll just keep paying up until they "get it right"?
