Our motor vehicle a Mazda CX7 2.5lt Dynamic is still under warranty. At 30000 km this vehicle started with a tapping sound coming from the engine. This was brought to the dealerships attention on numerous occasions, to no avail. Eventually in June I made contact with Hugo Richards who is the General Manager of BB Group. The vehicle 4 months down the line is still not repaired in spite of opening a case with Ford SA. Hugo Richards refuses point blank to repair our vehicle. What recourse do I have? I will never buy a Mazda or Ford motor vehicle again, and I will broadcast to everyone I know about this dealership. This dealership should be thoroughly investigated as they are contravening the Consumer Protection Act. I will probably after all this approach the Consumer Council and in turn the Public Protector. Enough is Enough these people can not get away with this.
