Unacceptable Standard of Vehicle Purchased

My son purchased a Renault Megane for himself at Imperial Select in Durban on the 30th September 2013, I assisted him with this purchase and we experienced the most unacceptable service. On Monday the 7th October we noticed the back left hand tyre was deflated. The next day (8th October) Hi-Q La Lucia told us that the side wall is broken and it was a slow puncture that could not be plugged. This was because it was driven on for too long. On the 8th October we informed Imperial Select and brought the car in on 9th October. After a month of taking the car in & out of Imperial Select we were informed that the vehicle is not covered for tyres. Subsequently, we found out that the vehicle had 4 different types of tyres on it (Good Year, Michelin, Infinite, Yoko). We sent an email to Adrian Naidoo on the 23 October asking him to address the problem, thus far we have not received a response. In my opinion this type of service is totally unacceptable and it sends us a clear message that Imperial Select have now made their money from the deal and are not interested to sort out a serious problem that we have to deal with. Imperial Select - Up your game!!!
