I had a minor accident and was referred to North City Panel Beaters by my insurance company for the handling of the repairs. I dropped my car off on 21/10/2013. I was worried about whether my S-Line badge would be refitted or if a new one would be ordered to be fitted on the replaced panel. Unfortunately, the assessor forgot to include that when he ordered the parts - however, Michael from North City Panel Beaters got right on it and made sure the part was ordered and fitted.
I received SMS notifications of the different stages of the painting/fitment process and was called after 7 days by Trevor to let me know that my car was ready for collection. North City Panel Beaters did an amazing job with my car. They worked fast and efficiently and even buffed out and repaired some other minor scratches I had around my car at no extra cost. When I collected my car, it was spotless and looked practically brand new.
