Waybill no 009930673212 On 24th of jan I tracked my parcel and said it was dispatched I then contacted skynet on Monday and was told it was going to be delivered on that day tuesday came I contacted skynet again the operator merged my call with the driver "David" which I clearly heard him saying he doesn't have my parcel the operator then told him I would contact him shortly and she gave me his contact as soon as I tried he switched his phone off to avoid explanation to me.
This is poor service and I am Unisa student I have assignments in a month! And I don't have my study material, I would expect more professional service since skynet is contracted with Unisa!
