I placed an order with a company and it was dispatched with tracking/waybill number: LFX000192512 . All seemed good, i tracked it via the website until there was a scanned POD on the system and a person by the name of NELI apparantly signed for it. upon further investigation with the security / recepnist (all males named Sifiso/David, no Neli), the only other person to collect a parcel was a guy named Neelan. So i went to chck with him if he got my parcel. His parcel had a tracking number of: 577272403320. It was his parcel that he received from overseas. My Parcel according to FedEx is delivered to my building but I am sitting in the building at the correct address with no parcel. I think FedEx 'lost' or 'misplaced' my parcel that i already paid fo
