I bought a Toyota auris from above named dealer on the 12 th August 2013 cash. I was given car and the promised that the car registration papers and the spare key were to be couriered to me on the 14th August 2013. when I reached home I even discovered that the licence disk has expired. it's been over 2 months now and I have not received both papers n key. I have called soo many times and he says he have couriered them and doesn't want to give me tracking number. He is soo rude to me. I'm not able to use the car because licence disk expired and he doesn't want to refund me.
