I booked in my BMW 320i for repairs at BMW Leo Haese Centurion.
I was contacted almost every day with status updates by Andre Brink.
Andre informed of of every part that needed to be replaced as well as explained to me exactly what every part does and why it needed to be replaced.
A complaint was logged against Innovation group 28/10/2013 (warranty repair) and I accidentally included the BMW e-mail address, Andre contacted me within minutes just to ensure that I was happy with the service received from BMW and asked if there was anything he was able to assist with from his side to have the problem with Innovation group resolved.
I wish all companies had at least 1 employee like Andre Brink.
Definitely the best and most professional customer representative I have ever met.
