And new i20 broken twice in 1 month

Hi,

i purchased a new i20 in september 2013. the car was sent for a pre inspection prior to delivery, but upon taking delivery the aircon was broken. we phoned hyundai which could not accommodate my wife with a courtesy vehcile and simply told her to go to the workshop, my wife had to take leave from work to take her car.

when we got the car back, the next day the aircon was broken again. once again hyundai could not accommodate my wife with a courtesy vehicle, so leave taken once again. when she arrived at the workshop, the resposible person was not there after telling her what time to be there.

we received the car back, and still broken. they had to order a part and accused my wife of wreckless driving and there for we are liable for R8000 for ordering the part.(car under warranty and extended maintenance)

we are now driving around with a broken car and awaiting a part to arrive.

this is absurd! I want a new car! right away! else im going to the ombudsman or doing whatever it takes to get a new one! a brand new car braking twice in the 1st mont?! this is rediculous.

please phone me immediately to fix this problem.
