I took my car in for a service on 22 October at the BMW Lyndhurst in Melrose. I had the following problems: 1) service took 2 days when I was told it would take 1 day, communication was slow and poor; 2) was promised a lift to the dealer to collect my car which didn't materialize, attendant forgot that my request or even that I had called to follow up; 2) assistant was unprofessional and not helpful; 3) my camera and GPS which was accidentally left in my cabby hole was at the BMW.
