Breaking down continuously - NEW BIKE

My daughter left school last year and in June she bought a brand new Jonway Activa after I, the dad, said buy new and save yourself from dealing with second hand bikes with endless problems.
Little did we know that it was a huge mistake. The bike go in every month for replacement parts.
I am getting fed up with Jeff's Bikes, but now it seems that it is rather Jonway that is the problem.
2 replacement exhausts, 2 front shocks al seized up. steering column shaky, brakes replacement, continuous squeaks and squabbles... if it rains and the bike is wet you just put the key in and it will sometimes start. The seat is all wobbly...
What is going to happen when the 2 year warranty is up? then it will cost too much to repair.
Jonway is indicated as a company that reply but I don't see any replies.
Can someone with authority in the company please let me know how to go about to claim a refund so that we can look at brand name bikes.
Or anyone else tell me how to go about to complain under the new consumers act. I know consumers have the right to expect professionalism and good quality and with this bike it is not the case.
