On Friday I was unfortunately involved in a car accident. Needless to say the tow truck driver was on site within 30 seconds of the accident occurring. Dillon, who was the tow truck driver, told me the car was being taken to the Outsurance assessment centre in Stikland. After 5 days without my car and not hearing from the insurance company I contacted them to ask why the assessors had not completed their assessment as yet. To this I was told that my car has not been assessed as NEVER arrived at the assessment centre and is still at Compass towing offices in Steenberg!!! Compass Towing has obviously not bothered to let me know this themselves. When I called them a short while ago I had the unfortunate experience of speaking to Wedaad who was so disgustingly rude to me. She shouted at me that she doesn't know anything because she doesn't work there and is only filling in for someone who is sick. She tried to hang up on my several times but couldn't as I would not put the phone down!! When I asked for the Managers name and number she said he is not available. When I asked when he is available she said she doesn't know and his phone is diverted straight to her. What a joke!!!
