BRAND NEW VEHICLE COMPUTER BOX FAILURE

I purchased a brand new jeep overlander on the 1 October, but the 10th October the entire radio screen goes black, and on the 2nd day of driving it, my husband left the keys in the house by mistake and we drive off the vehicle only realising the keys are in the house after reaching the boom gates to open the front gates of the complex, And Jeep doesn't want to replace this vehicle and only wants to change the radio, when the could pick up the fault and only assume its a radio problem, then how do they explain me driving the vehicle without the keys inside the vehicle, I do not want a fixed vehicle I purchased a brand new van and I donot want things to be repaired on the 10th day, and on assumption of what is wrong, I will not be stuck with a defective vehicle and have paid so much money for,
I will never again by this brand, as the service I received regarding this matter is terrible, as why must I be the person inconvenienced and on top of that be given a tampered with van when I bought a brand new vehicle,

Disappointed first time Jeep owner, never again will I support this brand, and I will pass this to all my friends and family
