I own a VW Polo comfort-line grey 2012 model. On the 26th of September i took my car to service in midrand and my main car manual was missing afterwards. I called Ronelle Moodley on the 27th in the morning and she didn't help me (was rude) and i spoke to Jorge Santos who said he ordered a new one for me and he will call me on the forth of October to come get it. I haven't received a call from him even today.
