I took my BMW to Auto Umhlanga to have my shocks checked. I dealt with Deven, the aftersales person. He had my shocks serviced and said problem sorted. While driving my car on a road bump, I could hear a noise on the left front of my suspension, a noise I never had when I gave the car to them. I told him about it, he refused to take responsibility for it. I then approached BMW SA to help me resolve this issue. I was dealing with Mr. Lawrence Titus from BMW SA. He said he will resolve the issue and get back to me and he never does. I got to keep on phoning him and reminding. He always say he will get back to me but never does. I must have made over 10 phone calls to him but he never attends to my issue. He is like Deven, had the wool over my eye. I am so tired of being push around. I also had a oil level problem with my car and it took BMW 2 years to diagnose the problem and about 5 visits to Auto Umhlanga to repair the problem which had to be supervised by BMW SA. It was trial and error because they had no clue what was going on which inconvenice me a lot. I would like this issue of my damaged suspension to be sorted out soon or BMW SA must recall the car, it as too many defaults.
