I bought a Hyundai i20 from Chery Boksburg. it was a cash sale and the monies were transfered 25/9./2013 and 26/9/2013. The vehicle had a cracked windscreen and licence plates would be sorted by Chery Boksburg. my complaint is that this dealership does not keep me updated on the progress of nr plates and windscreen. it transpired that the i20 cannot be registered because i had an outstanding licence on my scooter that was sorted last week. It took the dealership/licence person 3 WEEKS to tell me there is a problem. i sorted the outstanding licence and notified the dealership. with every phone call i was promised the windscreen will be ready "in 2 days" i must just wait. i have taken possesion of the vehicle on 30 September and still waiting. The branch manager told me this morning that it is my fault everything takes so long, because i had an outstanding licence on the scooter. I told him if the licende plates and windscreen is not sorted today/tomorrow i am taking this further. He got arrogant and said i must not threaten him. i am disgusted with his attitude and sales services and empty promises. The temporary licence on the i20 expires on the 20th October. im fedup
