Package from Amazon is sitting for a week with DHL, who cannot clear it through customs because their system refuses to accept a non-South African identification for customs clearance (I am not South African)
They are too incompetent to resolve this, yet smaller couriers had no problem. Trying to speak to manager at import deportment, but he's constantly unavailable. Only received one call from DHL, and after that they left the matter hanging for a week.
Furthermore, they suggest a to me - that I get somebody else's ID number and pass it off as mine, so that they can do the processing. Horrible service!
