Very poor service at McCarthy GM Hatfield

I had my Chevrolet Aveo's 30 000km service done at McCarthy General Motors Hatfiield.

The woman responsible for my service called and informed me that my brakes had to be replaced at a addisional cost of R3 000. I told her that I would have it done at another place as R3 000 is ridiculous and I had no proof that my brakes actually HAD to be replaced.

I collected my car and had to pay an outrageous amount of R3 300 for a service that could just as well not have been done.

The worst part: They did something to my brakes, because now I can't even break without my car shaking uncontrolably. It had never done this before the service.

I am extremely unhappy, to have to pay that amount of money for unacceptable service is disgusting!!

It is clear that they take advantage of woman, because we generally don't know about cars. I strongly advise not to have your car serviced at McCarthy General Motors Hatfield.
