Dear Sir/Madam,
My wife sign the OTP from the Mccarthy in Arcadia on the 27th September 2013, We were told the car arrive on the 30th September 2013 or the 1st October 2013 by the Sales person, Only on the 7th October 2013, We got a shocking news from Insurance person who send us the invoice that was send by the Mccarthy dealearship for insurance. When I contacted the sales person she told me she cannot help me. I wrote an email to her and she forwarded it to her manager, who in respond also said he apologies and he cannot help me in this regard because the car arrive only on Friday the 4th October 2013. This confuses us as we were updated on a daily basis about the progress of the car. From 27th September 2013 until today, We have not receive the car and we have waited too long now.
This shows that what we have sign for on the OTP was not correct and the new about any increase but they never told us any thing. Can the Mccarthy do something to prevent this issue to happen again.
As we speak the car is not yet registered they keep on promising and this is and it affected our car that we are buying.
