Poor after sales survice

I baught a Toyota Prado from Mc Cathy Toyota Vermeulen st a month ago and did not receive my spare keys.
The sales person ensured me that he would send them to me asap as well as my registration documents I have
been calling him on a weekly basis and get the same answer but no spare keys or reg doc yet. On 02 Okt 13 I again made a call to Ruan with the answer that he would give me a call in two minutes and I am still wating. My
problem with this is that this is not the first time as I purchased a Toyota FJ Cruiser from them as well and had the same problem it took me 2 months to get my spare key reg documentation and spotlight covers out of them.
This is just poor survice.
