It was announced that the petrol price will go down by 20 cents a litre as of 02 October 2013. The receipt i received from the service station reads as thus: ULP 95:33.585 litres @ R13.50. Total R453.40.
According to my understanding UPL 95 is supposed to cost R13.20. When inquiring, i was told the speed point machine is set for R13.20 then i had to pay R13.50.

Can somebody please assist in this matter.
