In March 2013 I traded my car in @ Hyundai roodepoort for a chery Tigo on day of collection of my car they smashed my back window and was told I could only collect 2 weeks later when new window arrives.i then collected my car 2 weeks later on collection I notice things I discussed with Marisca that needed to be fixed were never fixed and was told she would call me when parts arrived to date I am still waiting for car parts eg mudflaps door panel engine cover not fixed just to name a few... Marisca has since left Hyundai and I now deal with theo the manager.further more after having my car for 3 weeks my car does not wanna start every once in a while.i notified Marisca of the problem and my car was sent to Chery only to be told there is nothing wrong with my car. I then sat with problem until now September after numerous calls to Hyundai about problem and decided to take it to chery myself I then notified Theo of problem and told him Marisca said They will pay as it was a problem from the beginning when I bought the car. A new petrol pump has been put in but don't understand why a claim against my warrantee was done and only a difference paid by Hyundai. I need a answer to all above
