Please be advised that I am utterly disgusted by the VW service in the Constantia.
I have taken my golf 6 gti to that branch several times due to a noise in the car and several times VW Constantia, advised me that they cannot seem to find a fault in the car even though it is making a big noise. After taking the car to VW several times and VW assuring me there is nothing wrong with the car .last week Wednesday 18/09/2013 the fan belt snapped.
VW then again could not find the exact fault in the car and there was still an unusual sound coming from the engine.
Today is the 25/092013 and the car was taken again to VW but Vw advised that they cannot find a fault in the car and the only fault they could pick up was that there was not enough play in the pulley.
Please explain to me you as VW claiming to have GENUINE parts does not know how to find a problem. At the moment the car is being driven and i feel extremely unsafe in this car.

After Sending the mail VW SA contacted me, I then was called for A meeting With the DP, Where Kenny the Service Advisor blatantly lie, I called him on numerous occasions regarding this matter yet, he did nothing about it., He denies this
