Shocking Service!!!

In January 2010 I purchased a Golf 6, together with a MAINTENANCE PLAN from Barons Culembourg. After moving to JHb in 2011, I started taking my car to a Lindsey Saker dealership for services. They advised me that I required certain parts to be replaced and that the maintenance plan that I thought I was a service plan, as not maintenance plan came up on their system. For the past year and a half I have been paying out of pocket for parts. I subsequently found the maintenance plan contract which I entered into with VW and contacted Barons Culembourg who confirmed that I did have a maintenance plan and that I shouldn't have been paying for parts, as these were covered by the plan. I contacted Lindsey Saker who advised they would look into it and said that it often happens that the correct plans (whether maintenance or service) are not loaded correctly on the national VW system. It is now 2 months later. The dealer principal of Lindsey Saker is still trying to sort this issue out with the dealer principal of Barons Culembourg. Someone is not doing their job and it seems that according to Barons and Lindsey Saker a signed contract and a paid for maintenance plan means absolutely nothing
