I arrived at Shell at Samrand and Rietspruit and I have never been so disgusted with the treatment I got from a petrol attendant. I arrived there at 18:27, and there was a car ahead of me being filled up. At 18:36 I was still waiting for my car to filled up. The petrol attendant was having a conversation with the driver of the car that was in front of mine. I monitored the quantity counter on the petrol pump, it was counting intermittently. Which is a clear sign that he was chatting to the driver. I asked him why it is taking so long and he told me to use the next pump. This was in bay number 2 from the right, if facing the main entrance of the shop. The attendant has long dreadlocks on his head.
I left and decided to give my money to another non-Shell petrol station as it seemed they would appreciate my money more.
