No Vehicle Pathetic service

I purchased a vehicle from imperial select in edenvale last week. all the paper work went it got processed and approved by tuesday wednesday, and I was told that I can expect delivery of the vehicle on Friday. On Friday morning i received a call from William stating that if i fetch the car on monday or Tuesday the 1st debit order will go out at the end of March, so I agreed to this arrangement. I called the dealership this morning to follow up and no one was available. I then received an SMS from william stating that I cannot pick up the vehicle today. I replied back to his SMS saying that I need this vehicle today as I am current without a car because I gave my old one in last week, I got no reply message or phone call to this. After callimg william numerous times and not getting an answer i received a call from gerhard who told me I will only beable to take the vehicle on WEDNESDAY. I then tried getting hold of the branch manager who was supposed to call me back in 5 minutes but i received no phone call, there is no contingency plan and I am left with out a vehicle due to sheer miscommunication or no communication between these individuals. I think this is utter nonsense.
