I purchased a second hand Audi A3 from Tata Oostenberg just over two weeks ago. As part of the purchase deal was that Tata Oostenberg supply a new or very good condition second hand parcel shelf as the one with the car was missing before purchase. The manager at Tata agreed to this. After two weeks of promises that it has been ordered and going to be delivered and phoning almost everyday and being told it was being delivered later that day it has never arrived. On me going to them I was told that it was ordered from the dealer. Which I confirmed was Audi. This was one week ago. Upon arriving there today after it was promised latest today I was told by the manager that that in fact hadn't ordered it and that the second hand one they had gotten a week ago was the wrong one. I was told they can make one up for me (seriously how can they expect to make one up to the same quality of the original Audi part) as the part from Audi is too expensive and if I wasn't happy with that they will be happy to cancel the deal for the car, two weeks after the car has been purchase and money has been spent on it. This is seriously bad service and will never deal with them again.
