On 23rd Sept i had my front tyres replace at Bluff Tyres, which took them over two hours. the next day i felt a shuddering in the steering wheel and a noise that was coming from the front of the car it sounded like the shocks had gone The next morning i drove straight to a garage to have it checked out, they took it for a drive, then put the car up on a ramp, checked the wheels and found the front left was hanging off.he took the front cover off and 3 bolts fell out and the wheel was bearly hanging on by the threads of the 4th. I phoned BTyres and spoke to Michelle who was nice enough and said she would investigate. She came back to me a few days later, and apologised for the incident. But didnt offer to do anything about it until i said there maybe damage to the rim and tyre, also the wheel balancing and alignment was out. She reluctantly said bring it in, and i said i was not prepared to wait for 2 hours to get this done and can i be fast tracked, she said she couldnt do this..So i must take time off and wait another 2 hours, all because they cant do their job, worst of all if the wheel had come off on the freeway and i had an accident, with my family in the car.
