The car will not start after it is washed, the Hyundai Amanzimtoti service department took the car in the first time and reset the computer as they said this was at fault. This has not resolved the issue as it still does this. The car was sent in again as we said that there must be a wire which is shorting out when the car is being washed. We even took a recording of the car trying to start and played this back to them. The least that they could have done is to try to find the fault and return the car in the state they we delivered it to them which was clean. The service department did not even test this as the car was returned in a dirty state and that they said that they could not find the fault. This car is supposed to be top of the line and to get a fault which happens when you wash the car, who knows what will happen in the rain.
