I have complained repeatedly about my Ford Ranger 2.2 diesel (2013) jerking and smoking, my vehicle spent 5 weeks at the Alberton dealer with no luck!!! I took this vehicle into CRD where my problem was immediately confirmed and a full report was issued with corrective action, this was relaid to Ford Motor Company, Barloworld, last week 14/09/2013!! Response from Ford was 1 phone call to obtain dealer contact with a promise to call back - this call was however never returned, Barloworld response was the matter was revered to Management however no response was received!!! Where to from here??? The poor feedback and communication remains the same as experienced over the last 6 months!!! A good product with poor service is not a good advertisement for Ford!
