Bought new Jeep in Sept 2013 i only took car once for service. In August while driving to GP noticed coolant signal then twas oil etc. Knowing the area i drove to a safe spot and visible. It was after 6pm i called dealer number was provided with Jeep road assistance no. The line was not ringing called over and over i could only go through mercedes not Jeep the consultants at mercedes also tried to connect me from their end but could not go through. Fearing for my safety i called my insurance AF to tow me back to nelspruit. The following day went to Union Motors to complain about the road side assistance and find out what was the problem with the car. My sales agent called road side number to find out why they could not respond was told the line can only be reached through landline (on the road)? I was informed the engine was damaged the matter was escalated to Chrysler SA. Told Chrysler will not repair as i drove the car for about 13 kilometres after the signal. Requested an appointment with principal dealer cant access him/her. Requested the report told its confidential. Now you know always c arry. a landline with you and stop any where
