Cel C uses ram couriers to deliver packages. According to CelC my package was dispatched on thursday the 19th of September. Ram couriers tried to deliver my package but I was not at home. Surely the next logical step was to contact the receiver to make prior arrangements, unfortunately this was not done. I took the initiative and contacted Ram couriers. After many phone calls to the company they were unable to make the necessary arrangements for delivery. On friday morning i have asked ram couriers to deliver my package at 15.30 pm when i am available, but I was given many excuses and that the delivery will not be possible due to the unavailability of delivery vehicles (A joke to the courier industry and a pathetic excuse). After telling the Durban branch that i will be taking this matter to Head office, their negative attitude began to change. They tried to deliver my package which was approximately 1 hour after my head office threat. But it was before 15.30 PM and therefore i was not at home. Unfortunately employees at Ram offices in durban cannot understand instructions. It is now monday the 23rd, and i still dont have my package. I am paying for something I do not have!
