I had to replace my original tires after 56 000Km on my Lumina. So I decided to go to Kumo as I wanted to support the local brand. I went to the Krugersdorp branch and queried what a good replacement would be. The sales person suggested the Kumo Ecsta LE Sport as it would provide me with 45 000Km and it was a good performance tire. He even boasted that these are the tires that the Owner of the company has on his car. I then purchased a set of Kumo Ecsta LE Sport tires based on his recommendation. On 20 September I discovered that the tires are completely warn. I took my Car in for a service and after just 12 000Km there is barely tread left of these tires. I decided to phone the branch and speak to the manager. I was asked to come into the Lombard Training centre in Krugersdorp and meet with Len Whitely. Although he seemed helpful all I received was a lesson on tire compounds and how the Kumo rotational indicators work on the tire. This is unacceptable!! This is the worst tire I have ever fitted on my any car ever with even worse service. The mission, vision and core values as found on [URL Removed] is a joke. I will tell every consumer about this disgrace!
