Delay tactics of the car i bought from them

I deposited a car for the sum of R175000.00 and i was promised that it will be available within a week. i went back after a week and i was told that the delivery will be on monday. the continues like that and now they are avoiding my calls and i needed the car for business. they dont want me to cancel the deal and says the car is already bought so it keeps coming but it does not arrive.
