I bought an audi A3 in April at Mccarthy Audi Arcadia up till today I did not receive my spare keys and services books. I went there a number of time and the sales person always come with stories. He always tells me that they will deliver them but they don't. They treat customers differently, some receive presents and a little ceremony when they fetch their new cars but I never got any of those. I am so unhappy with their service that I don't even want this car anymore and I am not buy anything from them anymore. They should take this car and give the bank their plus my deposit back. I wasted a lot of money and time going to them and I always wait there for over an hour to get help, at the end I never get what I went there for.
