Disgusted in the courier service provided

This is a follow-up

Waybill no: CELLC8162159

I now called CELL C and they have told me that the package was returned to CELL C.
I am disgusted in the way the staff @ RAM couriers have treated this matter.

I told them that I was not aware that I required a copy of my Id for them to take with and that I was under the impression that I just needed my ID book to receive the package and when I asked them can they deliver it the next day and that I will get a copy of my ID they said yes they can.

That was on the 17.09.2013 which means they were supposed to deliver yesterday 18.09.2013.
Now I call CELL C this morning and they tell me the package was returned to CELL C

I called RAM this morning and spoke to Suwayda West who confirmed that the package was returned to CELL C as I had not had the correct documents but the courier when he was at my house on the 17.09.2013 told me that he would deliver the package the next day on the 18.09.2013.

I have never been this disgusted in my life with service deliver.
