Een waiting four weeks for a replacement gearbox

Gave my hilux in on the 26 august and still don't have it, I have to keep phoning to find out how far things re and then my car was sent to mayfair gearbox centre, once again I had to phone mayfair myself to find out about the progress, every time there is another excuse and everyday I get promised it will be done the next week and so it goes on.
