I took my car to Hi-Q in Brits for wheel balancing and alignment after 20 000km, for just sake of taking good care of my car. The same day after the alignment and balancing was done my car started giving me problems by not moving straight. I took it back again the following day, the problem continued. I went back again for the third time then the technicians said the wheel balancing guys made mistake by rotating the rear wheels with the front ones. Then those wheels were put back to their place, but still my car couldn't move straight (out of alignment). For the fourth time they re-aliened it again. But the car is not straight. I started thinking those guy don't know how to alien such cars.
And worse part is that i paid R500 and above but now my car is not moving straight that means the tyres will be damaged soon. so can Hi-Q sort this problem out for me. Please.
